I don't know if you guys remember the original CrazyWeek, wherein Tosse travelled from Sweden to England to visit Urbanebula. Since then the tradition has been kept alive annually to some extent with me travelling to Wales to meet Livewire, and both of us then travelling to England to stay with Urby for a few nights. This year it was Livewire's turn to come to Scotland and lets just say there was a fair amount of drinking involved.

But there were too many lulz for all 150 photos to do the week justice, so I compiled a small video of the best bits.

Enjoy what I like to call

Man, mapping for Alien Swarm is messing with my head.

Everything I've spent years learning in terms of optimisation and scale is being turned on its head.

All world geometry is converted to func_detail during the compiling process so you have to make a massive box around the map (SHOCK) and tie it to an entity in order for it to not be tied to an entity upon compile.

Walls are ~160 high (HORROR)

i need to lie down.

Ever signed a girl's boobs?
It proved to be quite the talking point when me and Urby interviewed Alex Day.

I'm really, really excited about upcoming interviews me and Urby are doing for Scotch and Coffee's podcast.

These are some pretty big e-celebs!

I know you hate everything to do with SnC, but if perchance you have a question for them, feel free to ask on the SnC forums or here, and they'll be answered in the podcasts.
Make it clear who your question is directed at.
